Paul has been an innovative leader on the design and implementation of developing market financing and measuring the social impact of capital.  As a Managing Partner of Rousseau Partners, his firm served entrepreneurs and family offices drawing upon his extensive leadership experience in venture and private equity investing, including impact investing, and strategic consulting and organizational development across a number of industries.

Paul currently serves on the Board of Mission Measurement, Inc., the Canadian affiliate he established during his tenure as the COO of a Chicago-based firm recognized globally for its leadership in the design, measurement and evaluation of the investments of corporations, foundations, and governments targeting a social impact. 

Prior to Mission Measurement, Mr. Wolfe was a principal for over a decade at RCM, a Chicago-based global multi-strategy alternative investment firm, where he helped build the firm from US$200MM and 20 employees to multiple funds totaling US$4 Billion in assets under management with over 200 employees in Chicago, New York, Menlo Park, London, Bermuda, Sao Paulo, Mumbai, and Hong Kong.

Prior to managing alternative assets, Mr. Wolfe served at GE Capital. Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, Mr. Wolfe’s service at GE Capital included a four-year focus on private equity and privatization in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina in telecommunications-related investments.

Prior to GE, Mr. Wolfe worked in the Northern Virginia technology community for seven years, first at NuMedia Corporation, a multimedia technology firm responsible for several of the patents associated with MSNBC, the joint venture of GE and Microsoft.
