Zee is a partner at Ambershore Group and advisor to Villedge Solutions. He has served as a trusted advisor to international companies on cross-border issues across a diverse range of industries. Zee practiced law at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and represented clients in a wide range of business transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings of Chinese firms in the US markets, private equity fund formation, and venture capital investments.

 

Zee has a BA in Economics, with high honors, from Swarthmore College, and a JD from Columbia Law School. He was a senior editor of the Columbia Law Review. Zee is a licensed New York attorney, a licensed U.S. Customs broker, and is fluent in Mandarin.
